Sponsorship Levels:
Foursome:  $600.00 includes 18 holes for four individuals with 1 cart (Scramble Best Ball Format) and includes a commemorative gift, and an appetizer buffet during awards program.  Raffle and Silent Auction participation.

Participation:  $150.00 includes 18 holes with cart (Scramble Best Ball Format) and includes a commemorative gift, and an appetizer buffet during awards program.  Raffle and Silent Auction participation.

Hole Sponsorship:  $125.00 includes recognition on the course and during awards program.  Raffle and Silent Auction participation.

Reception Only: At Flannery's Restaurant at Fire Ridge $35.00 includes the reception only, dinner buffet during awards program - No Golf. Raffle and Silent Auction participation.
